AQ was responsible for event management of guest registration, event rundown and onsite stage management for the 10th Anniversary Symposium of the Child Development Initiative Alliance (CDIA).
With diverse networks and experience, AQ is well-equipped to provide comprehensive services to clients. For this project, AQ is responsible for event management and related arrangements, including securing sponsors and performers, developing the MC script, organizing the event rundown, managing onsite event operations, and coordinating logistics. AQ also handles event photography and videography.
AQ was honored to coordinate the cheerleader performance for ICBC (Asia) at the opening ceremony of 9th Hong Kong Chinese Enterprises Association Sports Day. We managed the training schedule of instructors and staff, costume coordination, prepared all necessary materials with event logistics. For the 40-member cheer-leading team, we arranged professional dance training, rehearsal space and group costumes to ensure a smooth and impressive performance.
AQ is proud to be the event management, production and media relations for the Agency for Volunteer Service’s The Hong Kong Volunteer Programme of the 15th National Games Kick-off event. We managed the overall event rundown and logistics, content development for all event materials, MC script and guest speeches. For media relations, AQ handled bilingual press releases and invitations, media follow-ups, and onsite media reception and interview arrangements. A professional RSVP e-platform was used on the event day to manage guest attendance and ensure a seamless experience.
