In this project, AQ is responsible for managing events and correlated arrangements, including event gimmicks brainstorming, rundown coordination, venue decoration, logistics arrangement and crowd control & registration management. AQ also dedicated to managing media relations, including press materials write-up and translation, media pitching & onsite interview co-ordination, arrange one-on-one interviews, coverage follow-up with media report and press conference or gatherings.
